This hotel used to be great. Since they’ve gotten new management, it’s going downhill. I stay at this location quite often (once or twice a week) and the changes are disappointing. So disappointing that my last stay was my last stay.

The absolute worse hotel I've ever stayed in. 3 night stay from 2/19-2/22 and housekeeping NEVER came to our room to see if we needed anything. Had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. We took our trash out ourselves when we left. Had to change rooms because the sink was backing up and the toilet wouldn't flush. Was told all plungers had been lent out to other guests. Second room, the door was broken n wouldn't latch, u could just push it open so had to move again which the phone didn't work but that was fine. On the website it stated that a microwave would be in the room only for us to be told that microwaves only comes in the deluxe rooms. Definitely wasn't worth $360. Lesson learned.

Stayed here for business. They asked for my card for incidentals even though they had a card on file from the company. Ended up having a $600 hold placed on my personal account. In addition the room I was provided smelled terrible, had something on the tap and door handle that had to be wiped off, and had a 1.5 inch gap under the door that I blocked with a towel. Disappointed to say the least.

I was here twice with my family the first time we stayed here it was marvelous the second time here it was over 60 guests because we had a funeral here and our name even got us a 15% discount we rented out 2 nights all 60 plus stayed the second night the manager called the police on two of our rooms and demanded our family to leave and we are from Charleston south Carolina and this is at 9pm at night i asked her respectfully why we had to leave she said we was threatening her and call the police to escorted us out the police even told us to find a better hotel and this one is not worth it be careful all I ask is why you waited until 9pm at night or on our second day to tell us you had a problem
