Quality Inn Greenville Near University

Great room at a great price. I was checked in early happily without a bunch of trying to convince me what a great favor I was asking for. This young woman knew what customer service is all about. Room was clean. Excellent

Stayed here for 8 nights while my husband worked in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful.nnThe rooms are updated very well. The interior and exterior are cleaned thoroughly.nnThey were working on the stairs and it was a bit annoying in the mornings but it only started the last few days of our stay.nnIf we are ever back in town for my husbands work we would stay here again. It is a great deal for the price paid.

Great Hotel!!! Location is everything! Nadine at the front desk is truly amazing! I could tell she TRULY cares about her guest♥ufe0f Nice clean and comfortable rooms! After traveling for 12 years from N.Y to Greenville N.C while on vacation, We had never stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel before now!! No more hunting around for a Hotel while on vacation!! We have found a Gem...Thank You Nadine for making me and my family feel right at home!

We chose this hotel bc it was budget friendly and I had been admitted to vidant for non Covid related issues, it allowed my husband to stay close to me and allowed me to remain close to vidant after my surgeries. The woman at the front desk when I came to pay did NOT inform me of this. Once I came back a couple of hours later to finish check in a new clerk was at the front desk and then she told me we would only be allowed to stay 7 days then would have to check out and could not stay here again for a year. The hotel clerk explained they weren’t trying to be a extended stay. I asked did the same policy hold true for all guest including all of the contractors staying at the location. She informed me that was “different”. She begin to tell me it was a safety hazard to allow people to stay in the room more then 7 days bc it wasn’t set up for stays longer then that. So I asked if they allowed people to check out and just check back in to a different room (there is a 4 hour time frame between check out and check in)and she said that wasn’t allowed either. So now in the middle of my recovery we will have to find another hotel and relocate. This policy isn’t listed under any of their policy information. If I would have known this I would have never booked a room here. The room was clean and up to date which was nice. It just seems that this policy is pretty discriminatory since it only applies to whom they choose and not all guest. It’s a private company so they reserve the right to make their rules but they need to make people booking online aware of this.
