02/21/2020nThis home is by far one of the nicest places to stay on Wrightsville Beach.We all plan on coming back with our family and making plans for another girls weekend . The perfect location.nn12/12/2019nWe came down to Wilmington the area for my daughters graduation from UNCW. First and foremost the rental agent (Sea Scape Properties)was fantastic. One minor issue was the lack of a hair dryer in the unit. Sea Scape sent an employee to a store, purchased and delivered a new dryer within minutes. They are terrific. The rental unit is brand new and I believe we were the first tenants. The furniture, finishes, and décor are high end. The unit was comfortable, beautiful, and well appointed. The owners of this unit obviously take great pride in providing a great experience. You are literally steps to the beach and have a partial ocean view. Very cool that the unit provided numerous fun items (paddle board, chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, etc.) for beach use. Too bad we were there during the off season! The only minor recommendation I have is to provide at least one non-stick skillet for cooking. The stainless cookware provided was very nice but a non-stick option would be appreciated. I highly recommend the property. Thanks to all!!!
