Very clean hotel at an affordable price. The staff were extremely helpful/nice. I will definitely visit again.
It was nice and clean. Room service was shut down and house keeping was limited due to the pandemic. It's a beautiful secluded property. The people were friendly and accommodating. If you book through Expedia just know that your room won't have a balcony unless you book a suite. Regular rooms don't have balconies. It was still nice overall.
Sparkling clean. Michelle was amazing! She took the time to show me around and make sure I was comfortable and have everything I needed. There was some confusion about new COVID policy, so she worked extra hard to make sure everything was special. I highly recommend.
Very nice place. Very nice and clean. Of course my experience was during covid so housekeeping and breakfast were not included.
I finally got to see my brother in a nursing home in Boston after 2 years. He is suffering through a horrible disease and has moved around to many different nursing homes across the country. I decided to book through Booking.com and they were offering a package with breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel did not offer the breakfast and I paid quite a bit extra for two nights and breakfast. It is unfortunate that there is no line of communication between these two entities. Honestly, I enjoyed the room and customer service at the hotel. I had to constantly communicate between Booking.com and the front desk. They did not even compensate me for this and am frustrated that there was nothing done. I will not recommend and will stay elsewhere.
