Great stay! Thanks to Darryl for all the attention and effort he put into setting up the fire pit for us, allowing us to enjoy a great evening outdoors.
The 1st time I stayed there, I thought it was the most beautiful and home feel hotel I ever stayed in. Fast forward to 9/6/20 I decided to book with them again because of my 1st experience. I checked in at 2am i drove in from Pittsburgh. The front desk girl was so RUDE. ROOM326 HAD BUGS ON THE SOFA BED. SO WE CHANGED ROOMS & went to room 201 walking in the hallway there were 3 ROACHES. SINCE IT IS SUPER LATE WE will stay for tonight and wait for the manager. So sad.
Broken shelves, bathroom floor not to clean and the was no bagels left for and other guest not even hot water for tea. But a good experience
My wife and I are in room 210, the sink and dishwasher area are crawling with cockroaches !!!!nThey're worried about a virus, but cockroaches...not so much !!!!nNot to mention all the food we saved from a Restaurant, yah, infested with cockroaches !!!nUnexceptable, pathetic way to run a Hotel, anywhere in the world !!!!
They allow dogs, which is great if you are traveling with a dog. Not so great if you don't have a dog and don't want to hear other people's dogs barking.
