Hotel service was awful. I was told i could not cancel reservation despite extreme disappointment in the room.nnRoom was unclean, and furthermore the deadbolt lock on the door did not work! When I complained I did not receive any help. No apologies, no cares.. they just told me there was nothing they could do!!! Apparently hilton does not understand the concept of customer satisfaction!!
I recently had water damage to my home and stayed at the Homewood Suites in Canton for approximately 2 months. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and generosity during our stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable! They are even pet friendly which helped immensely since we have a small dog. Thank you again!
Great staff and rooms. We've been here for 3 weeks. Ariana, MaryAnn, and Tammy are fantastic. They go out of their way daily to make sure you have anything you need. Rooms are big, clean and priced well.
Great hotel! Excellent staff, great breakfast and right next to the Blue Hills reserve for hiking and relaxing.
Due to some unfortunate events, my husband and I (along with our dog) been doing an extended stay at the Homewood Suites and the staff here have gone to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Tami, Julian, Marian and the lovely housekeeping team. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking. We also love the social hour almost every evening :)
