If you want to take a relaxing dip after your day this isn't the place, But if you want to gig some frogs this might be your place. Bed was soft rooms were somewhat cleanly
Moved from N.J and was looking for an apartment and stayed here for a week. This place was being renovated with new carpets, and paint. The furniture was a little used but in great shape. No bugs! No mice! It's very clean and cozy. The bed was like new. Definitely worth the money! The staff was excellent especially Conchá the cleaning woman was the best and helped us with our needs. Definitely would come again

Was a horrible experience, my wife and children reserved a couple of rooms for the weekend. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly and helpful.We eventually needed more bath towels, and not a set which included face and medium.At checking out time we went to retrieve our deposit ,now an different receptionist ,with a unfriendly, non host attitude gives us a hard time about giving our refund.The maid says a different number of towels was giving .and at the end of this typing I still am dealing with this unpleasant situation...... ps this is in the same area where the woman was being harrassed with her children at the pool.. smh 6/28/20. Oh yeah this feels like the deposit is being swindled ,someone need to investigate this establishment!!
