Could not have enjoyed our stay at The Wells hotel more. It is in a fantastic location, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and it is freshly decorated. The Inn itself is so quaint and welcoming. The only thing we wish we had was one more night to be able to enjoy more time by the outdoor fire pit. The owners were so thoughtful with their beautiful renovations and it shows. We cannot wait to visit Highlands and stay at the Wells again. We highly recommend!
My sister and I had a lovely stay at the Wells Hotel. They were very kind to upgrade us to the suite when they had cancellations and it was perfectly appointed. We had everything we needed to relax at the hotel. We especially enjoyed sitting by the gas fire in the evening in our room and the heated marble floors in the bathroom! The hotel has a very cozy feeling and is well located near hiking and restaurants on Main Street.
They thought of everything when remodeling this hotel. I stayed in one of the petite rooms and the pictures online don’t do it justice. It is so cozy and has every comfort you could want. It was clean, beautifully designed and the staff was friendly. It’s a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Highlands. You’ll be so happy you stayed here and found such a treasure that surely won’t be undiscovered for long.
My wife and I LOVE this place! It’s always very clean, it’s real quiet & everyone is so nice and accommodating! We go to Highlands about once every 2-3 months and THIS is our place!!
Let me start off by saying I LOVE this hotel. The room we stayed in was spotless, updated (very modern), and stylish. I was so impressed with the comfort of the beds. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were FANTASTIC! Great water pressure as well in the shower. The lobby is adorable with a fire pit going and a fire place outside. It’s a very cute and comfortable look. Lastly, Ian the hotel general manager was SO FRIENDLY. I will be coming back just because of him. He was so accommodating and pleasant to be around. Thank you Ian!!
