Reviewing the restaurant only because I didn't stay at the hotel and only stopped in for breakfast.*nnThe place had such a historical, old-world feel to it. We really liked the atmosphere because it felt like being in the 1800s with the decor. The server, a Ukrainian man, was the hardest working restaurant employee I've ever seen. He was greeting customers, seating, taking orders, delivering food. He was the only employee we saw in the whole restaurant. He was doing everything! Besides cooking as he got the food from someone else in the kitchen, but we jokingly wondered if he was cooking the food too since he was doing everything else. It seemed like a one man operation.nFood was served quickly. We got sausage biscuits but we didn't actually like the taste of it. It was odd. The service was much better than the food and we wished we had gone with something else from the menu. If I'm ever there again, I'd like to stay at the inn and eat at the restaurant again.

Very Clean. Nice, Roomy Antique Room with a King bed. Loved sitting on the balcony. Location was awesome! Right in town. Park your car at the Inn then walk to shop and eat! You can even walk to the playhouse theater.

Classic little old Inn (since 1880). Quirky and charming in the best sort of way and the very best location in town. And priced right too! Check it out if you can!

Sorry I didn’t take pictures but they need to do a lot of work to upgrade the place, up it’s a really cool historical landmark.nnReally enjoyed the stay. The people were great but the rooms are so outdated.nnFor example the bathroom hot water ran out I felt like I was in my dorm room back in the day. The door to the room would shake throughout the night if someone walk down the hall or when the winds blew - felt like someone was trying to break in the room. The floors creaked when people walked by, I love historic sites but it was a little too much for the money we were paying.nnThe place was clean but they’re room layout and design is stuck in the 90s. If they put a little $$$ into upgrades they could make this a really cool Destiination.nnIt’s on the main street a which is a great location and it has a beautiful history but this is not a place I would ever stay again until they clean up their act with upgrades.
