Good customer service and clean facility with well trained horses. The guide was personable and polite. Enjoyed our rainy adventure in the mountains. Thank you.

When I called to inquire about the horseback riding trails, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and she seemed annoyed with my questions. It deterred me away from wanting to go there. I actually didn't even finish my questions because I wasn't going to sit there and let her speak to me the way she did. I would think that the person on the phone would try to sell the service and explain how awesome the trails are, but she didn't. She just back talked me and didn't fully answer the questions that I asked. Also, there was a loud phone ringing, what seemed to be very close by, which was very distracting. It was really bad customer service overall. I'll go somewhere else where the people at the ranch are excited about the trail rides they offer and are happy to welcome their customers.

First trail ride. It was pretty fun, expected to have more control of the horses rather than them just following each other along narrow paths but it was still fun up until the very end. At the end my sisters'horses spooked and they fell off. So mostly fun and they were both wearing helmets and don't seem to have any serious injury.

Careful travelers might care to know that staff did not have masks on, and didn't have any handy for themselves to wear upon request. We were able to lead our son ourselves and had a good visit, but it was disappointing to find the business unprepared to follow basic health guidelines when they needed to be close to guests (paperwork, payment, mounting up, track adjustments, accidents, etc). If someone doesn't even have a mask for personal use, I have to assume they are not being careful outside of work, either, and am even less willing to let them be near my family. Lovely property, good horses, and I've had great rides with them in the past, but I can't imagine going back unless this is addressed.
