Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte

I researched Trek bikes online but it wasn’t until I showed up that I got my true education. The owner was there and walked me through the differences between the 3 bike lines I was looking at and was very helpful. I also appreciated the fact that he wasn’t pushy or trying to up sell me. He seemed happy that I was happy. I would recommend this particular Trek shop if shopping for a bike...very pleased.

Bryce at Trek CLT in Mooresville is awesome! Incredible customer service, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. I got a dropper post for my husband for Christmas and bought the wrong kind. Without hesitation he helped to get the correct dropper and installed it with no delay. Truly appreciate it!

I have only had my bike for a few months but I love it!! Went back looking for a new rack as we are a family of 4 with 4 adult size bikes now and that can be hard to get on a smaller rack. Chris (in Mooresville) was more than helpful and found the rack I wanted and got it to me in just a couple days. The boys at the shop helped me put it on in the freezing rain and was laughing and smiling the entire time. I was on my way with my new beautiful bike rack!! We have gone back looking for more bikes for our family and they are so helpful!! I have been to other bike stores in the surrounding area and if you are not a regular rider you are pretty much laughed at because I don't know a lot about the bikes...not here! Therefore, not only do I love my new Trek bike the employees in Mooresville are awesome and we will continue to go back!

Awesome experience! I was looking for a entry level mountain bike for my son, there was only one in stock that was on hold for another customer. Richard called me back later & notified me of a shipment that arrived & I purchased 2 bikes instead. The customer service from Richard was on point the whole way, I highly recommend Trek of Mooresville. 5 stars all the way, keep it up guys!
