Took my husband here for Valentine’s Day and we were so excited. Luis was fantastic!!!! And that was about the only good thing from the trip! This place is way overpriced for the experience. The bed was comfortable, but the room had no fan, no refrigerator, no microwave, you could hear your neighbors too. I was expecting for the room to be spectacular at $400 a night, but that was not the case. Very disappointed, we could have gone to Cancun for the amount of money we spent that weekend.
Relais and Chateaux rarely disappoints and Fearrington is no exception. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a Grand Suite! The heated bathroom floors, port wine at turndown, and Molton Brown amenities make the whole experience feel so luxurious. And they’re pet-friendly! An amazing hotel, definitely one of the best in North Carolina.
Great staff, the food quality is fantastic ! We had an ant problem 3x in our room. Ants crawling all over our sundries and our toothbrushes in the bathroom. Also, one of the rooms below was smoking marijuana and it was wafting into our room. We didn’t sleep. In closing for $750 a night the Inn feels dated and overpriced. The Inn mgmt team gave us a 20% room reduction for the issues which we thought was quite inadequate on their part.
Spa, restaurant staff are awesome. Food was great, goats are cute!
