My experience with Doug at Norwood Bicycle has always been outstanding!nDoug is a pro at bicycle mechanics making old bicycles new again and tweaking high end bicycles for best performance!!nI have been a customer for over 25 years and was again thrilled with the excellent repair work done on my bike this past week.
This shop has a thoughtful, reliable mechanic who puts his clients first and always delivers excellent work. On several occasions this mechanic has corrected issues that many other shops struggled with on my mountain bike, and he really knows what he is doing with modern equipment. Beyond reasonable prices, and a very friendly staff overall. I won’t be going anywhere else.
Doug is such a great guy.. a patient and kind fellow
Got stuck with a broken cleat and dropped by for some help. Doug hooked me up with a replacement and sent me on my way without charging me. Very appreciative of the great service and community spirit.
