I recently bought an electric Radmission bike with quite a few accessories to go with it, and nearly zero mechanical skills or tools to put it together with.nnDespite losing some of the parts that came along with it, Noah and Graham were able to still assemble it and get it tuned up for road use in a remarkably short turn around time.nnI am possibly one of the worst customers in the world. I was treated with respect, compassion and understanding, with a steady flow of communications keeping me updated all along the way.nnMy hat is off to the fine folks at Landry's, and I look forward to challenging them more in the future with more work from me and my family. 10/10 would recommend. Please be kind to them, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing customer service! Their website and store staff were so helpful. I was able to talk to somebody in the store over the phone and make my purchase over the phone. They assembled my trainer free of charge and had it ready to pick up a few hours later. And when I arrived, they loaded it into my car for me and gave me some tips from their personal experience with the same product. Definitely will be back!

Amazing communication and service through the pandemic. Ordering a new bike for my daughter came in earlier than expected, and tune-up/repair of my son's bike was super fast and done earlier that promised. Staff is amazingly friendly, specially for a customer that does not know much about bikes!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were prompt with the service and called before starting to confirm that the cost of the repairs with me. When we came to pick the bike up, they took time to make sure we didn't have questions, and went through helping us take wheels off and putting them back on for practice!

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at Landry's Bicycles. Every employee in the store that I spoke to was always willing to listen and help. I purchased a bike in July, and was not completely satisfied with the purchase and Patricia worked with me, making some adjustments, and listening to my concerns. After being disappointed there was nothing more that could be adjusted on the bike to improve my riding experience, she recommended a different bike to me and I absolutely love it! It is not something I would have thought of but by Patricia's great communication skills, she was able to figure out what bike would be the best fit. I have and will continue to recommend Landry's in Norwood to other riders. Thank you Patricia!!
