Not sure if I should be mad at “Chuck” or at Google for accepting this as a legitimate business. I got a flat tire on my bike, & this business popped up on Google Maps. According to Google this business was “open”. It was in a single family house in a residential neighborhood. A sign on the front door read: Bikes on the side. I went around the side & there was a very unhealthy looking gentleman sitting on a picnic table smoking a cigarette. I asked if he was Chuck & he said yes. Then I asked if he could fix a flat tire on my bike, & the response was a flat no. Not, “oh I am really backed up right now can you come back”. It was just a flat no. Google should just stop him as a legitimate business!

No form of professionalism or customer service. I caught a flat a mile away from his store n tried to purchase a intertube and requested to have item delivered due to being stranded and the OWNER Chuck's response was that he was working.SMH. I thought that was a part of bike shops services

I've used chuck several times and can't recommend him enough. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he loves to work on bikes. I'm so lucky I found him.
