Perfect location! Walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants, cocktail bars. I never needed a car when I was here since everything was so close.nAnd the rooms.... gorgeous! Our room had a kitchen/living room which was so nice.nStaff was friendly and great at giving recommendations!
This hotel is really a nice hotel right in the heart of Asheville. We were able to walk to several places right around the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. They had many of the small touches. We will definitely plan on staying here for our next visit to Asheville.
We have traveled the country and stayed in many hotels. This hotel was exceptional. We were afforded the opportunity to stay in the executive suite. The room was so nice we opted to spend one day in Asheville just hanging out in the hotel room. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. They were in fact incredibly helpful and I recommend this hotel without any reservation. It is centrally located. There are several dining places within very short walking distance. If we return to Asheville this is where we will stay If we return to Asheville this is where we will stay
Really beautifully decorated, albeit a bit tight for a family of 4, but incredible location in the middle of downtown Asheville. Super friendly staff, great beds, and fridge/stove/kitchen.
I never complain about beds and usually never have issues sleeping no matter what the mattress type, but you can see from other reviews as well, the mattresses here offer an unpleasant night sleep. We had the opportunity to stay in both a queen and kind room during our stay, so we can attest that it wasn’t just one bed. Both my husband and I slept terrible all three nights we stayed here and had back pain the next day. The hotel is cute and decorated nicely, but most of the staff over the 3 days did not even greet us when we came in and out of the small inn, and just stared at their computer. It wasn’t until I read the reviews here that I realized there were free drinks downstairs as they were never offered to us. There were not many people staying while we were there and we never saw other guests so it was a quiet stay. Everything was clean and it is a great location. The key code entry is very handy as well.
