Albemarle Inn

We loved this place. It was so clean! Rosemary was so lovely and friendly. The room was beautiful. The food was excellent. We can't say enough good things about this place!!

This was the first time my husband and I have stayed at a bed and breakfast, we wanted a more personal feel vs a hotel and boy did we get what we wanted. I felt so well taken care of, Rosemary was so welcoming and the inn is absolutely charming! Highly recommend the Ablemarle Inn for any couple!

Our stay was a true delight. The Albemarle Inn does so well to show the handiwork, prestige and charm of early 20th Century craftsmanship. My wife and I recommend a stay to get away from everything. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious. Everything was well cared for and easily provides a place to relax. Hand sanitation and supplies were available to guests. Location is perfect for enjoying the city of Asheville.

I was looking for a wedding venue in the Asheville area for only 12 people. A lot Of places offer an elopement package for 12 or so guests. But Albemarle had the best package options and Rosemary was so quick to assist with any questions we had. We chose the Sunday afternoon package and stayed in the Juliet Suite for the weekend. The breakfast we were served was unbelievable and the food for our wedding was so incredibly good. While we were taking photos they had a small cheese tray with hummus and breads, I didn’t get a break to eat but my family was raving about it to me. We did not taste the food beforehand but had a lot of options to choose from for the reception meal, the beef tenderloin was so perfectly cooked and almost to much food. The lemon chicken was also very good. The rolls were so good we all asked for more. The champagne was fantastic even my mom drank a whole glass (and she does not drink champagne). We also choose to have a wedding cake at our reception but did not pick what kind, but let me tell you, my mom baked cakes for 30 years and even this outshined my moms cake by leaps and bounds, so moist with a hint of lemon and shaved chocolate on the outside. The small detail that was a lifesaver for my sister was since we had a room at the Inn and our ceremony/reception happened around nap time we were able to set up a port a crib in the bedroom with a monitor and my sister and brother in law could enjoy the entire afternoon without worrying about their daughter. From start to finish, visiting, planning and day of event I was so happy to entrust everything to Rosemary and Fabrizio and their staff, it was super stress free and easy (I am not a very picky bride). My husband and I bought mugs from the Inn and have enjoyed remembering our wedding every time we use them. Also highly recommend Ashley Haynes for your photographer she was fantastic and the pictures were better then I imagined they could be. I can’t wait to go back in the future!
