The rooms are definitely NOT worth the outrageous price they are charging per night. I paid $85 for one night and ended up having to clean the bathroom myself before it was suitable to be used. The majority of the interior walls, windows and ceiling are in horrible condition. The heater in our room barely worked and this was during the dead of winter. The room phone didn't work at all, there was no ice machine and they didn't have any kind of complimentary breakfast. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The people who own this place are very noseu and sometimes rude. The are very stereotypical and and will judge you and determine whether their going to let you stay out not before you even speak to them... But they will work with you on paying for your stay if you talk to them about it beforehand.

If you want your dive experience here is your spot. Close to everything the owners yeah they are a little tough but it is their business. Do you own a motel? Would you want to do their job... no.. so don't complain. I have lived in Asheville for 2 years and u still haven't found the spot to call home yet because Asheville is beautiful. This place isn't ment to stay and watch tv... get up and walk around town.

Rented a room at this hole and had been there for 3 days, later on the 3rd day my brother dropped off my vehicle. At around 10 PM my husband and I went to the van and were unloading some clothes, food, and bedding when the owner of the Motel appeared at the door of 1 of the rooms yelling at us that she was calling the police and that we were on private property. To top this off another renter came from around front with a small baseball bat yelling at us that we were breaking into the room that we were renting because we had came out the back door of room five carrying dirty clothes to the van. We had to actually leave the hotel and call back to see if we could return. I do not recommend this place at all. Above all of this the rooms r filthy and cockroaches r everywhere and u have no privacy.
