We have found our new base in the Asheville area! This was our first overnight stay since Covid began and we felt safe and comfortable. Our room was spic and span. Breakfast was handled safely and was quite good. The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. The person handling the front desk on Sunday, February 28 really went above and beyond when we called back after we checked out because my husband had left an item in our room. She had the room checked, found it, and saved it until our friend could retrieve it. Thanks for a great experience!
I stay here 8 to 10 days a year between work and personal. Always a comfortable stay and clean. Breakfast is always good too.
tried to charge me extra 250 for smoking in my room without knocking on door or telling me. had to arguenwith front desk person to come check my room and return my money. I'm not a smoker. very disappointed bc now i have to wait for my 250$ to return to my account while I'm 20 hours away from home.
We ended up getting a room that connected to another and we could hear everything next door. That was the only negative. They had a great breakfast even during Covid times. We didn't use any other service so can't really comment on it.
Building construction going on but no problem. Room updated since we last stayed there, very comfortable . No restaurant on premises however excellent seafood next to hotel with great prices and big portions.
