I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this location. Would give zero stars if possible. Web site said it included breakfast however was told when checking in they no longer offer breakfast. Was told it was to keep the rates down, otherwise it would add $25 a night to the rate. Also, no housekeeping and our sheets had a stain once we got to the room (check-in was painfully long). Was told we could not switch rooms but they would give me a fresh sheet and I could change the linens (was asked if I could bring the stained sheets back down to the front desk when I was done). Very poor property, I stay at and enjoy County Inn & Suites frequently, I will never stay here again. Looking at other past reviews I am sure these issues will not be addressed and only a half hearted sarcastic apology will be issued.
Desk staff was fine, nothing exciting nor horrible. Room was clean. The queen beds in our room that we paid for were actually double beds. The Parking lot however, is HORRIBLE. Extremely tight, not well lit, and not truck (full size pickup) friendly at all.nnIn response to the hotels response, if you’d like, we can meet with a tape measure. I GUARANTEE it was not a queen.
Just checked in. Though the website said breakfast included, they have no breakfast. Though it claims you will get a queen-sized sleeper sofa, there are none. Only love seats with full-sized pull out beds. I asked the front desk what was going on, and she said it wasn't their fault, but Radisson's failure at the corporate level. She said they get a lot of complaints about these matters. There was no reduction in price nor offering of any concessions for their failure to be honest.nEDIT: They did call later to offer concessions and we declined after we got settled. That was nice of them to do so.
The hotel is a mess. Noisy don't expect to sleep. No parking when I complained. The lady said it's the old people. No it is the parking lot is to small for the hotel. Very outdated. 75% guess are the construction crew. Some made me feel very uncomfortable sitting at the door and in the vehicle's
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great location with easy access to anything you would need. The room was clean and felt recently updated. Only comaint would be the best comfort. I'd you like extremely stuff mattresses, then no worries. Overall great stay and would recommend, unless you're super sensitive about matress firmness.
