We had an awesome stay. Thursday thru Saturday. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms. Quiet and couldn't hear the roomers next to us. Libby was super sweet and went above her duty for us. We will be coming back!

The Assistant manager Ashley was amazing. I surprised my wife and 3 small children with a day trip to Biltmore for her milestone birthday. Our tickets ended up late in the day so we need a place to stay for the night. Ashley helped us with a room at the last moment which allowed us to end my wife birthday on a good note in a beautiful room...she didn't tell me it had a jacuzzi...an extra special touch.

So due to a bad stay at another hotel nearby, I was booked here the same day that I needed to stay. Libby was a friendly and accommodating front desk clerk that made my check in easy. She found me a great rate that I was very happy with and the room was very nice and clean. I also liked the fact that the location is quietly nestled in a newly designed location that is directly across the street from the Outlets. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Asheville.
