Ups is ALWAYS delivering my packages to the wrong address. Regardless of the fact I have it posted on my mailbox. I've had packages delivered to vacant houses before and county roads regardless of the fact I live in hwy 72. Can we use some brain power? Deliver my stuff to the correct address plz

We been trying to get a package. The driver is going to the wrong location. It is hard to reach any customer service through the phone number given. We were told twice once we finally reached a human being that someone will call you from that location within an hour. No call back. This is are second incident like this with UPS. You guys might need to invest in a better system, better GPS, and better drivers. By the way I am currently waiting for a call back and it is over an hour.

I was very disappointed in my service which usually I have wonderful service. I am disabled and do the majority of my shopping online. I had groceries ordered from Schwans which all go in freezer. The driver didn't even come up to my home. Didn't get out. I was sitting in my home and watched him drive away. He said there was no one there to take the package and would attempt next day. My order had alot of meat and perishable items. I hope nothing happens to it. I did notify the Schwan company. I am so not a troublemaker but very disappointed in this driver.
