Nice and close to Boston children's. Easy access to good food. Clean hotel and rooms. Definitely made for a better week during a difficult time.
I am outraged at this hotel. I booked a room because I had surgery the next day at 5:00 a.m. When I arrived close to midnight I learned that the hotel was closed for construction. I was then given false information by their phone support. I ultimately found a place to stay that was miles away but that meant I had only a little sleep before surgery. They charged me $209 and I had an Uber bill of over $100. They have not contacted me, so I am in the process of filing formal complaints with the Brigham and Women's hospital and the Attorney General's office. Think very carefully before staying here and make sure that they are open!
I stayed at the Inn at Longwood for six weeks after surgery. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the location is outstanding. Giselle, the manager Brian, Jose the concierge, and Rebecca and Edin from Housekeeping took unbelievable care of me and I am truly grateful.

My husband recently had surgery at the BI. Although we live within an hour I chose to stay for the convenience & not deal with the traffic back and forth. I actually extended my stay to the full amount of time he was there because the service and food was so good. You can tell the rooms were recently updated, they were clean and modern. In our room there was a microwave, Keruig and fridge. As far as they employees, they showed sincere kindness and concern. The staff went above and beyond to help in anyway they could.
