Sincerely ,nnI (Steven Schirmer) sincerely appreciate Ashely’s customer service at the Envisions hotel . She was quick , fast and reliable . Her customer service skills and knowledge were apprehend able outstanding respect for U.S. veterans and showed genuine concern as Iam a OIF/OEF veteran myself . She showed outstanding customer service and skills at her position and as a combat OIF/OEF veteran of America I appreciate her outstanding customer service skills!!!. Arrived later in the evening after booking a last minute stay. Pulled up to the Valet Parking sign, grabbed my bags to check in. A very nice receptionist checked me in, I paid $25 for Valet Parking, then said I should drive my car around back. I assumed someone would then move my car to the parking spot, so I drove around and left my car with the keys in it, I hung the reservation number in the window and went to my room. The next morning I checked out and asked for my car to be brought around. The morning attendant said I could just go and get my car. I replied I didn't have the keys, I used Valet Parking. She looked for them and couldn't find the keys. She said I should go look for my car where I left it. I was floored. I went out side and thankfully my car was still there but it had been there all night unlocked with the keys in it. So Valet Parking really means, park yourself but pay us to pretend. I could have definitely had an issue had my car been stolen. I won't accept this COVID environment to blame such poor communications and fees for services they aren't offering. Don't let them charge you for Valet. Other then that, the room was decent, clean, small, but comfortable.

Good hotel for the rate. Did not get room cleaning service. Asked for extra towels twice, had to go get them from the desk after they brought to the hotel.
