My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Great location, easy to get around. Easy check-in, everything was spotless.The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Aaron the host was a delight. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and we will be back!

Def the best place to stay in Boston for the weekend. Very clean room, great freshly cooked breakfast and outdoor space to enjoy the nice view. Own parking is a huge plus.

This Inn is a wonderful gem and so are the staff. The building inside is gorgeous--hardwoods, genuine stained glass, and antique furniture throughout the rooms. Local artists' work adorns the walls and is cycled out on a seasonal basis. The innkeeper, Aaron, was incredibly sweet to my partner and I, giving us two chocolate covered strawberries when we mentioned this was our anniversary celebration after traveling for business. The front lobby was stocked with fresh chocolate chip cookies and lemon cake, and breakfast was prepared as fresh eggs Benedict as well as fruit, cereal, toast, tea and coffee.nnGetting to sleep on an extremely comfy pillowtop mattress was a welcome relief after schlepping around on trains for a weekend. In addition to the old school radiators, our room also had a modern heater we could control ourselves to stay warm.nnIf you want a cozy, beautiful place to stay in Boston, or love antiques and 1800s architecture, I highly recommend Perkins Inn.

A dream stay! Immaculately clean. Beautifully adorned. Water and chocolates in the room. The bed and linens were so comfortable! The host, Aaron, a true gentleman with the most genuine kindness. A professional. The dining room is exceptional, and has food items and drinks 24/7. Bathroom is fabulous. We will come stay here as often as possible when in town. He could charge double the fee and it would still be a bargain!

A great hotel, luxurious rooms, giant awesome bathroom , the room had everything you may need and much morenThe recreación of Perkins Inn is accuratenDefinitely a must stay or at least must visit when you go to West Roxbury!nReally loved it and would return if I go to Vegas againnTrully recommend
