Can't recommend this bike shop enough!nnI was looking for a bike during the pandemic and I emailed the shop and Lynsey got back to me SO QUICKLY! She did a great job narrowing down my preferences over email and presenting options.nnthey schedule socially distant test rides for the bikes, and I was able to find the absolute perfect bike (fuji declaration) for me!nnLynsey was a total professional and knowledgeable. Great place to find a new or used bike!nOne of the down to earth places to buy bikes from! Bought a bike and the frame broke lifetime warranty for the frame! Great fast work!!!

Great people at Ferris Wheels toke my bike for a for annoying pedal bars had some other problems that i didn't mention to the STAFF and bike came back better than ever... Fixing All the Issue..nAgain Nothing Better Than Enjoying A Great Bike Ride.. Gracias Amigos

Very confusing customer service - I had to come back four times to finalize an order because the phone instructions were not clear about what can be done and when. Also, staff tends to give me lip. Further, instructions about availability of stock were wrong three times so I gave up.nnCute shop, but until they get their customer service right I won’t be back.

So, I just left that and I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I went to buy a bike rack, one female worker said she’ll be right back with information for the car etc, then the guy comes and ask me if I need anything and I told him a bike rack also and he slammed the door locked it and said I needed to call. So, I call and the same guy answered and told me they didn’t have bike racks at all. I have lived in JP and I have never seen such rude staff. My family and I are headed to Martha’s Vineyard and we wanted to bring our bikes and Ferris Wheels was listed as the top place in the area and I have to admit I’m extremely disappointed. I really hope he wasn’t the manager.
