Walgreens on Joppa and Harford Rd is the worst place to ever get your prescriptions. Over the past 2 years I have had nothing but problems with these incompetent people. They sent me a text telling me they had an insurance issue and they would get back to me. 5 days later and they still haven't gotten the authorization, due to the fact they never sent it. They disconnected me 4 times when I called. I drove over to see what was going on and stood in line forever only to be told that I would have to call the insurance company to get the pre-authorization for a non-narcotic medication . Then she proceeds to ask me if needed it, I said really...no I just like to pop pills. They apparently hire anyone. I strongly recommend that you use CVS across the street from them, before going here, unless you want to do their job for them.

Dont go here for covid testing...easy sign up online, but what they dont tell you is that results take 3-5 days! What good is that when you're sick? Hard to believe a year into the pandemic and this is the best they can do

This Walgreen's is 24 hours. Love that. Get a script at any time. The store is very clean and the staff are helpful.

Best drugstore in the area. They always have what I need and at reasonable prices. Never had a ridiculous wait to pick up a prescription, lines at the register are sometimes long, but I don't mind. Prefer this location over the 6 CVS stores that are closest to me.
