Walked in around 2:45pm. No one was in line. Didn't need pick up or drop off, so I waited in front of Consultation. Someone at pick up asked if she could help just a few moments later. I let her know I needed a consult and she explained that it was ok to step right up to the window. So I went back to Consultation and stood there within the line of sight of 4 other technicians. Other customers started coming with different needs and it eventually got busy. At Consultation though, I stood for literally 40 minutes before someone barely made eye contact and addressed my issue in under 2 minutes. The first technician is always pleasant and is the only one who doesn't interact as if she's being interrupted. I'll make sure to get her name next time. When I come in to buy a pack of gum maybe. But I'd rather use a different location for filling prescriptions going forward.

Hasn't anyone noticed like in the last year that the CVS has seemed to have gone downhill? I mean as far as most times when I have called, or another Pharmacy has called, I have waited on hold for at least 20 minutes. This is been going on for months, and most recently when I have been trying to get a prescription transferred to another Pharmacy, the other Pharmacy literally called them four times before noon, and was on hold for over an hour and still couldn't get through! I am sick of it, and it is unacceptable and inexcusable, not to mention poor service when a customer can't get in contact with a pharmacist about an important prescription by the only means they have to contact them! It is a shame because they were a decently good Pharmacy before this past year. I really hope somebody does something to fix this.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I dropped off my prescription a week ago and called them twice to check the status. How you have to wait on the phone is like forever and when they answered, they are just rude. I asked them if they have ordered the prescription but the pharmacist said she don’t even know. Like seriously? Can you not check? I asked nicely if they can transfer the perscription to other CVS but she said they don’t do that. That person I talked to and her name is “Barbara” by the way is just rude. She is the second person I talked to. The other person I talked to last time was as rude as her too. They don’t care about their customers. If I didn’t call, I will not be able to find out the status of my perscription. Not even a courtesy call to inform me if they have other options for me. NEVER WILL I EVER GO TO THIS CVS AGAIN. They don’t even deserve a star.
