And they think customers are Lazy for making Walgreens shop for them (customers). And do not expect Curbside at this store - no way.nnEmployees don't want customers online orders for curbside pickup - they postpone or cancel the order making the NEW! Pickup in as little as 30 minutes* when you order online goal by Walgreen CEO total fiction.nnStaff don't want to do their expanded job roles.nnTue, Mar 23, 1:51 PM I placed an online order for curbside pickup and started my errands leaving Walgreens time to pull get my order ready.nTue, Mar 23, 2:21 PM - There's been a delay in your order!nTue, Mar 23, 2:45 PM - I stop in and Shakia says yes your order is cancelled it happens when items are not available on the shelf (wait there's an option to substitute that we select online - hmmm). I walk the isles with a basket and start to pull the items for my order. Ring the bell and Store Lead Rodger opens the razer locked box for me. Success I found everything and go to the person who told me the order was cancelled. Shakia says Nope those items are different and she grabs them and throws them in a basket to her side. I commented to Rodger how lazy the staff is to let a customer shop and then not fulfill the order.nnTue, Mar 23, 3:00 PM - I leavenTue, Mar 23, 4:20 PM - I get an email - Hi, your order is ready for pickup!nTue, Mar 23, 5:45 PM - I return and Rodger (guy who picked up the basket Shakia tossed things into) is there and hands me the bag with exactly the items I had pulled from shelves. During the checkout process he makes some under breath comments and I responded to him about how lazy the staff was not to fulfill orders in a timely manner.nnBest line - Rodger says You are the lazy shopper making us shop for you!nnGuess he never got the memo from Manager and CEO that they were pushing NEW! Pickup in as little as 30 minutes* when you order onlinenn1/24 8AM Mark store manager covers up for his lazy staff by saying I was rude to them.

The staff was very unproffessional. I came for a flu shot and ended up having to wait a whole hour before I could get the shot. The only person keeping me from giving a 1 star review was the pharmacist. He was very nice and professional. Other than that, the customer service was terrible.

This pharmacy is the slowest i have ever visited in all of my years on this planet. During the covid 19 pandemic other Walgreen pharmacies take the time to expedite the prescription of the customers with care and concern. This Walgreens pharmacy is slow and has lazy employees. 2 employees and only the male works whilst the female employees walks around behind the counter chatting on her cell phone as the line gets longer and longer. I waited for 45 mins when i was the 3rd person in line. I will never go back to this pharmacy. She allowed a flu shot group to jump the line as we all patiently waited( 6 others in line behind me)....and she chatted on her cell phone behind the counter! I will not return to this Walgreens for anything!

I enjoy shopping at this Walgreens. It’s close to home and convenient. I’ve been shopping there for years. The managers do their job well and the cashiers are always helpful. The cashier Shabria is the only one who tends to have a attitude any time I’ve seen her work. The other two young ladies were very kind and helpful, also the tall guy Lucieno. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

ZERO STARS is my real rating. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Changes at this location over the past few years have put this store in the toilette. The store manager is very nice and helpful, but nothing makes up for how AWFUL the pharmacist(s) and pharmacy staff are: They are beyond rude, self-righteous, and totally unhelpful. ALWAYS. As well as acting like they are doing you a favor by handling your order, they have lost prescriptions on multiple occasions, given me the wrong medication, [a cashier] tried to fake being the pharmacist when I asked to speak to her .. the list goes on and on. It is an unpleasant experience from start to finish. I have been going there for nearly 20 years, and I AM DONE. Also, DON'T believe the web site: I was told by the cashier that they don't really call for your refills if you don't have any - it'll just sit there until you come looking for it - and the delivery option is a sham.
