Never have any problems in this rite aid. Customer service is always polite.
So one of the pharmacists (young Indian/Middle Eastern probably in his 20s) filled my prescription wrong and now by their computers it’s too soon to refill it and I’m gonna be going through withdrawal this week because I can’t afford to get it out of pocket. Give it to the older people at the pharmacy. But after this I’m never using them ever again.
I always use their pharmacy. I have my prescriptions sent them from the doctor’s office and by the time I get there, my prescriptions are ready. I also love that you get a text msg saying your prescription is ready for pick up. They are efficient and friendly.
Hate this store the pharmacy recording tells me my prescriptions need to be picked up by the 14th I go in on the 10th to pick up they have already put my meds back it was hard trying to find transportation to get them now I have to leave without them because I can't wait smh
