I don't normally write reviews, but feel moved to make an exception this time due to the interaction that I just had in here.nnLet me preface this by saying that my daughter is on a very difficult to manage medication that depends a lot on coordination between pharmacy, doctor, and lab. There have been mixups in the past which have sent her back to the hospital, so this is serious. Not every lab wants to communicate with the pharmacy and not every pharmacy wants to deal with this medication.nnSo anyway, on the hunt for a CVS location more convenient to my job, I approached the counter to ask if they currently deal with this medication, and if so what lab deals directly with them and was met with a very dismissive yes and attitude like move on now. I inquired further about what it would take to have my daughter's information transferred to this location. Once again, I was met with nothing but attitude and a dismissive wave of the hand. Every question I asked was either I don't know or pretty much go away.nnI am sitting in my vehicle ready to drive back to work as I write this, angry. Had I arrived at a very busy moment, I could halfway understand. Not everyone deals with stress well. But the fact of the matter is that it was not busy. If I saw one of my employees treat a customer this way, they would be terminated.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here! Their faults are listed in numerous other reviews. I'm guessing they do a good enough business that their corporate office does't care about all of the awful reviews or they would make changes. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Baltimore! CVS corporation obviously doesn't value your business. If I were an employee here, I would be embarrassed to tell anyone.

Dear CVS, please bring in someone who can train the employees at this store properly! Every time I go there is a problem from not knowing how extra bucks and coupons work to not knowing where things are located in the store and everything in between. The most recent visit was met with rudeness when I had over $300 in products. The cashier was annoyed I was buying so much. How does that make any sense? Wouldn’t you be glad I’m spending so much money?

If you don't mind being on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on twice in a row, it's great. I had to use the phone option for prescribers to get some one in the pharmacy to pick up. Their app said the medication was ready for pick up. Big surprise - not only was it not ready, but the attitude of the pharmacist was a healthy dose of rudeness. Just what the doctor ordered when you have a sick family member!

I can understand a long wait as I recognize how busy CVS must be. However I do not understand how some people are employed in customer service when they do not have good communication skills, or patience, or manners for that matter. And it is truly amazing how you can speak to one employee who is dynamic and just minutes later speak to another who turns your experience with CVS pharmacy into a negative one. My family and I have been using CVS pharmacy for many years in many states and I have never ever had a bad word to say until now. For the first two wonders employees I spoke to at this branch this morning, thank you. For the third individual, I have no kind words.
