Will you have to wait a few minutes for your prescription? Yes. Will you be put on hold when you call? Yes. Is it because they’re just standing around or being lazy? No. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the people who work here. They’re never rude. They’re always helpful and work REALLY hard. I’ve seen customers be extremely mean to the people working numerous times making my waiting time even longer. Treat people how you want to be treated. Have a little patience. They’re a busy pharmacy with a limited staff but they ALWAYS get the job done while being friendly.

I just wanted to get information concerning my prescription and had to wait over 30 minutes so they could tell me it was ready. Not pleased at all!!

It's absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait to speak to someone. I will be filing a complaint with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy against this Walgreens Pharmacy!!!

In Nov-2020 I had my teledoc call in a script around 730am, but Walgreens pharmacy doesn't open until 9am (I think). I left work and arrived at 915, thinking they'd be less-than happy to see a customer so early trying to pick up a new script. The young lady at the check out counter was VERY friendly, helpful, and actually went out of my way to help me (informing me that the brand wasn't covered, but the generic was available for less $$). I was pleasantly surprised with her, and couldn't believe how nice she was. I sat and waited (because I needed it) and in less than 10 mins my script was filled. I wish I'd gotten her name, but all I can recall is that she was maybe in her 20's, african-american, pretty hair and tattoo(s) on her arm. SHE is the reason I will definitely return to this location when I need a script filled. Thanks!
