It takes so long to check out at any Rite Aid. I have no idea why they couldn't be any slower if they tried and then their computer software makes it even worse besides the fact that unless you are in a wheelchair and look to be about a thousand years old they card these old people for a pack of cigarettes. Give me a break
Store is very clean and the staff is very helpful.
Have used pharmacy three times. All good experiences. I had been using the Walgreens pharmacy across the street, but it became unbearable. Service was difficult, mainly because of lack of staff or changing, untrained staff at the pick-up counter. A customer bullying me in line was the last straw. The management seems exhausted and not to care. This was several months before COVID-19.
Had an excellent experience with Davon, the manager. The service I received went above and beyond!
The pharmacists here have not been wearing face masks while handling prescriptions for 3 of the last 5 times I have been here. I will be going elsewhere.
