The only good thing about this place is the pharmacist that been there for years!!!Them cashier need customer service training. While I'm standing there waiting to be checked out the cashier and some guy ( maybe their bootleg security guard ) both standing there on their phones!!! had to say something to her so she will see me standing at the register to tell which register she's actually at.. and the whole time through out my transaction she on her bluetooth carrying on a whole conversation very rude!!! Obviously she should look into telemarketing as a career!!

I will never shop at this sorry establishment again. They are constantly moving around the displays, making it impossible to find anything. It took me 10 minutes to find the vasline lip therapy lip balm. They only had one kind of it so I had to settle for the kind they had. Then there was only one cashier taking her time when I stepped in line. The final straw was when the little butch security guard kept watching me like I was about to steal a $2 lip balm. I'm so over rite aid. SMH.

SMH this Rite Aid pharmacy need some customer service training. My regular Rite Aid pharmacy on Clifton Ave suggested I go there to pick up a medicine they didnt have. The pharmacist at L.H. was rude and the tech was her red head parrot repeating everything she said. I couldnt even finish explaining my situation before she was cutting me off and giving me wrong info bcuz she wasnt listening. Apparently, she was bothered bcuz the Clifton store didnt call them before I was sent over there. Two words: NEVER AGAIN.
