This store keeps getting worse even after bad reviews. It always takes them like 3 hours to fill a prescription and they dont even care if its an urgent medication. They actually deleted on of my prescriptions that I needed desperately and of course it happened on a weekend so I had to wait until Tuesday morning to call my Dr's office because labor day was that Monday. I'm so fed up! I definitely need to switch to somewhere else but I've kept putting it off because this location is walking distance from my house its so close.

Yes it is the worst CVS .nMy daughter has type 1 diabetes.nWe needed her needles so I called them in to make sure I can pick them up .n3hrs goes by Im still on the phone. I used 2 different phones and nothing. I also used the doctors ext. Still nothing.nI get there . You can tell there is no organization. The 1 older woman has no Idea of what she is even doing.nThey need help here. A good Leader.nnEver since they got rid of the 2 White mennDoctors. This place went down hill. Those 2 was on top of everything. Have you in and out. 15min.nnI

If I could give a no star I would they never know how to pick up the phone and when they do they are very rude I had to have a Covid test done and they walked right away from the window and just left me I think this place need to have all new people or shut down

Worst cvs ever staff very rude both times I've went there. I won't be returning to this location. The new store on wilkins ave is much more pleasant.

The manager offered me a job than hired another person the same week he offered me it why offer me the job If you were going to give it to someone else so unprofessional
