I went to get my pills. I call ahead and fill the order a couple hours earlier. I do this even though they are on auto refill because this CVS is the absolute worse pharmacy on the face of the planet. I get there, they are not ready. They need 20 minutes. Grab a parking spot for 25 minutes and get back in line. Takes 35 minutes to get back to the window. I pulled out of line and check my bag. Wish i did this before i lost my place. Missing one script. Fine back in line to get the other. It figures because there is always some issue with this place. 50 minutes in line again and the lady says my pills were not refilled by my doctor. So even though i called them in on the automatic line. Even though I have my doctor refill all my prescriptions every month even if i don't need refills yet because he knows how horrible this place is. Even though my bottle says I have one refill left. Even though they have mine and my wife's number in the computer. Even though you know this is a life saving drug. And even though I tell the lady all this and that I need the pills for tonight. Sorry sir we can't help you. This isn't a milkshake or a lotto ticket. These are my pills. I really try to stay ahead of their BS too. But try as I may, they finally got me. I will never step foot in a CVS ever again.
This CVS doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely the worst. Smh
Poor customer service this is my second visit. The young lady they have working. Has the worst customer service skills. Never speaks. Cursing while talking with customers. I do not like going somewhere they act like its a struggle to speak. They are the face of the company. And are doing a poor job representing this company
This CVS is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. The cashier Andrea is very rude and acts like she dont like her job. The lines are always long as well as the drive thru.. just terrible!
This CVS is ALWAYS BUSY/PACKED. If you love to wait then come here
