Worst CVS location ever. Don’t ever go here. They treat customers like trash. The staffs are rude and have no manners. Shut it down.

Worst experience ever!nI place my refill request online, I had only one day left before my prescription refill expired. I received a text message my order was ready. When I checked the app to have it changed from pickup to delivery I realized CVS didn’t have my new insurance information. When I tried to pickup my order I explained the pricing issue and that we need to apply my insurance. It all went south after that! I was told I would have to step over to the “drop off” area. So I asked if she was stepping over there to help me and I didn’t get a response. I waited for several minutes for another person to stop counting pills and finally come to help me. Guess what? She couldnt add my insurance information As the prescription was now expired. So my options are to pay $200 or have them call my doctor Monday and get a new refill. Desperate to just get over with, I opted to use a coupon app I had to get a discount on the purchase. Ten minutes later after she struggled to apply the coupons she told me my prescription would be ready in about 15 minutes. Meanwhile I’ve been in the store over 40 minutes! I asked why I had to wait when clearly the scripts were ready. “We will need to recount them”. What?!nI had to leave I was so upset with the whole process. I actually cried, how can you have people in your store with such poor customer service skills? I’m not going back to this location, ever!

Worst experience ever. CVS needs to go out of business.

This place is a joke. The manager Mike was no help whatsoever. I presented him with a problem and he refused to help. He gave me phone numbers to call knowing they were closed. They had no pharmacist and did nothing to get a pharmacist in. Their pharmacy billed my insurance company for a prescription and I couldn’t get it filled elsewhere because their pharmacy already filled it. But there was no one there to fill the prescription or cancel it so I couldn’t get it filled at another location. I was told Brett was the district manager and would call me back. But I still haven’t gotten a phone call. There wasn’t even an operator at corporate. I don’t know why I continue to use CVS.nUpdate. At least pharmacist is there. After being on phone over 40 minutes still haven’t spoken. Wish mike would hand him the phone and get this handled. Another ball dropped! Still waiting on phone call when pharmacist gets there too!

If I could score this store a zero I would. The pharmacy is never staffed they constantly close the drive thru window, and trying to call them is a nightmare. You literally wait on hold for 30 minutes, and they have not been keeping up with automatic refills. I will be changing my prescription business to another store with better service and staff.
