We stayed here during a winter storm and Marla was very accommodating to us. This is the best experience I’ve had with a hotel staff. The lobby is also very nice, there’s little private cubicles you can sit at and there’s a pool table.

Ive stayed at Tru before, I usually stay at Hiltons during my trips. Tru has always been my favorite for a quick in and out stay. However, this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I have been moved to 3 rooms and all of the rooms were disgusting!nnThe bed sheets had multiple hairs, stains (yellow) and you could tell by the way they looked the sheets hadn’t been changed. The third room had brown spots on the sheets that looked like dried up blood! Each shower had hairs in it and the floors were dirty. The glass was nasty as well. The floors have not been swept nor mopped. There is liquid stains everywhere, including the counters and it is not disinfect! One of the double beds in my last room was cleaner than each room in went to. I laid down because at this point I was exhausted. After an 11 hour drive I just wanted rest and then I started Itching!!!!!!!!nnI called the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do because the manager wasn’t here and I needed to wait for her to come in the morning. She said I would be charged for the room if I checked out and she could not transfer me to another hotel. I am beyond furious and this has literally been the worst Hilton experience ever.nnI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

Whether for work or leisure, it’s a good place to stay. Very clean, practical rooms, comfortable beds, snack breakfasts and even a small gym which you won’t use because of the pandemic.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never really had an issue. The rooms are very modern and minimal. There is no coffee or amenities of any sort in the room, but the lobby is nice and a cool place to hang out if you have work to do or want to grab breakfast. However, I stayed there last week and was very disappointed to see the person at the front desk not wearing a mask. Out of all places, I figured that a hotel that has numerous people in and out would be making safety a priority during the time of a global pandemic. I will most likely not be returning to this hotel. If they don't take precautions in the lobby, I could only imagine what kind of shape the room was in.
