I dealt with Craig and Trevor at this location and they were so nice and helped me out. I got low balled at a few pawn shops but these guys gave me a decent price for what I was selling. For happy and definitely recommend this place. Very child friendly as well which is hard to come by with pawn shops these days. They researched for giving me a price which I think is important. Lived in the Salt Lake valley for 30+ years and am proud to say I only pawn with Big Dog. The staff there are always very friendly and treat you with respect which is rare these days, sadly. Always fair prices and awesome selection of just about everything. Very highly recommended!
I just gotta say. I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. Trevor, Craig. You guys made my day. Some of the most polite and funny dudes I've met in awhile. Thank you for making my visit less stressful and a great one. Bless you guys

10 starts for Big Dog. These guys are incredible to work with. it's like borrowing money from a friend who understands when things don't go quite right. I highly recommend anyone and everyone use them. Special shout out to Randy and Jackie and really everyone there that I've ever come into contact with. The whole team is amazing polite friendly and competent. Even if you don't need to pawn your stuff go there to buy something these people deserve money thrown at them!
Great customer service.Quick and efficient. Willing to work with due dates within a few days. Best all around experience with a pawn shop and I've done my share of pawning.
