Two queen bedroom was super spacious and had a sofa bed as well. Everything was clean and fresh when we entered the room. Smelled great as well! We will always use them when visiting Monroe, LA!
Our room had ants so we did not stay. Perhaps this was an isolated incidence, thus the 3 stars. Most all Comfort Inns have nice rooms and good bed. We have been Choice Reward members since 2008.
The overall room was great the AC wasn't adequate enough and room service had time schedules as to when you could pick up extra towels and such but the staff was pretty good about trying to cater to our needs the only real concerns were the hallway and front stairs carpet was extremely dirty although it was raining during our stay the carpet looked extremely old so they may want to do a professional cleaning because that's one of the 1st impression is the lobby and hallways to the room
First, I must state my family and I always stay at this hotel when visiting Monroe (home). Our stay was for a week, (laying my Mother to rest). Problems 1)withdrew my total funds (5 days) from my acct thenday I checked into the hotel after stating, funds will be pending until checkout. 2)linen was dingy, run-down, and used excessively, I feel the linen should have been cleaner. 3) bug (roach) was seen in hallway. Unfortunately, this is no longer my family and I destinated hotel.
It was a nice hotel bathroom was beautiful but shower curtain really sheer but overall nice stay
