Very clean place . Great area. I did not like the fact that they took it upon them selves to run my cc with out my permission. That was the only problem. I had not even checked into the hotel yet and they ran my card. But friendly place clean and good area
Very hard to get five stars on my scale,. This place still has the pseudo breakfast being served as of the 14th . My room was king size room, bed with nice pillows were good water pressure was good. I'm not sure what's up with Louisiana water but it has that smell like when you go down to the coast. The staff was friendly, they still have that studio breakfast going on which I heard from corporate to change in April so keep an eye on that.
Our stay could have been better...nn1. Room door didn't close properly. We had to give it a hard push to close it from the inside.nn2. Power recepticles were very loose on the lamps.nn3. Sink stopper didn't stay engaged.nn4. Problems with the Direct TV (there was no inclement weather at the time)nn5. WiFi connection was slow and unreliable.nn6. They ran out of clean towels on the first day of our stay.nn7. There is only one luggage cart on the premises.
It was a cosy place. Stayed for 3 days and it was nice for $70. Only complaints are that the shower smelled bad, the water was yellow, the shower curtain was yellow, and the towels smelled weird. Manager was friendly though.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Yellow bath/shower water. The bathroom absolutely reeked when we came into our room. Do not go to this place!!!!
