Hayden is the man! This place is a great place to chat with knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you out and talk bikes. Hayden worked with me through everything and let me try bikes out before I committed to one so I can get my proper sizing. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great place!

I came to Hyland Cyclery to buy my first ever road bike. My Mom and Grandpa used to drive all the way down from Davis County to purchase bikes from Hyland, so I knew that this was the best place to go. I'm an experienced marathon runner, but was looking to get a bike to commute to my new job on. I didn't get my salesman's name, but he was incredible. He sized me up for the perfect bike, shoes, helmet and shorts for my needs. Like I mentioned above, I am completely new to road biking and had no clue about how to operate a road bike and biking shoes, or other gear was absolutely necessary. We walked through the pros and cons of all the available inventory and tried several different bikes before deciding on my perfect fit. He did so without getting frustrated and was genuinely excited to get me into biking. I'm super excited about my purchase and would recommend Hyland Cyclery to anyone looking to get into biking.

I am so impressed with this place. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My new road bike ETA for being built was one week, but it was ready within just a couple of days. My family will definitely give them our business again and we will spread the word. Great experience!

When I picked up my bike, I received excellent customer service as I expected based on the positive reviews.

What a great buying experience! I'm so happy with my new Trek Rail 5. I walked in to Hyland as a complete novice and was treated with the highest quality of customer experience I've ever received at a bike shop. No ego, no attitude, no "bros". This team is friendly and delightful to work with. I'd highly recommend buying your next bike at Hyland.
