Jeff came highly recommended by four other riders who, like me, graduated from a once in a summer weekend rider to thousands of miles each year. Still slow mind you, but I love to ride. Had all sorts of issues -- knee, foot, shoulders, hands, etc. Jeff took care of all of it. Great bedside manner as well, which I think is a huge bonus. Power and speed both increased after the fitting, and the foot, shoulder, and hands issues vanished. He mentioned after the initial fitting there may need to be a tweak or two. After 300 miles, I went back for a few tweaks to focus on the knees. SUCCESS! Thanks Jeff for applying your knowledge and passion about cycling into a service that has tremendously increased the quality of my cycling experience.

Jeff is a completely dishonest man. How he is able to maintain a business is a mystery to me. He sold me a bike that he knowingly misrepresented, and then blocked my phone number when I tried to talk to him about it. THIS MAN CAN NOT be trusted.
Jeff did a cleat and saddle fitting for me. My next ride I really noticed nice improvements from the adjustments he made. I really appreciated how much time Jeff took in the fitting to assess my mobility and strength, and highlight areas that I needed to work on to improve. He gave me several exercises which I've found really helpful. All of this is before you even get on the bike for him to determine what adjustments may be needed. He also wants you to let him know how well the adjustments are working and you are able to come back for tweaks for no additional cost. Jeff is really knowledgeable on bikes and how to set up each unique individual so they get the best results. I highly recommend a fitting with Jeff!!
