Bought new tubes for my daughter's stroller because the originals were super thin and popped after one goat head. Employee told me the thicker tubes they sold would do the trick. One stroller walk later, I have flat tires again. The stems are manufactured such that slime won't go into the tubes, but just clots immediately. I still have my receipt, but they will only take a return if I still have the box intact and "am able to put the tube back in the box."

I love this place! They are friendly, amazing customer service, and turn around time is always shorter then expected. I love their flat tire warranty, especially with kids as active as mine. Highly recommended!!!!

Dude tells me I need a certain tool to fix a certain part of my bike so I buy it and then it's not what I actually needed but since I tore off the wrapper they wouldn't let me return it 2 minutes after I bought it. Instant waste of money. Also they wanna charge 30 bucks for a simple break adjustment that doesn't take 5 minutes to do. Better off going to a hardware store and spending a couple bucks on the tools to do it yourself if you don't already have the tools.

Great selection and experienced staff. After all they've been around a long time so they must being doing something right.

I went it today to get a new tube. Neither employee nor customers were wearing masks. The employee was visibly annoyed that I kept my distance. Everyone knows there’s a state-wide mask mandate. It just shows lack of care and respect for the customer. I originally planned on getting the tube installed since I’ve never done it before but I’ll be using YouTube instead because there’s no way I’m spending more time in that place. As a front line health care worker it is so frustrating to see public health measures treated so casually when I’m putting myself and my family at risk every day at work. There are plenty of other bike shops in the area and next time I’ll take my business somewhere else.
