Nice view of the lake. Room and bed were nice except for old wrinkled carpet. Be sure to ask for a do not disturb sign if you don’t see one. Housekeeping knocked twice this morning.
Nice on the outside... Garbage on the inside!! DIRTY MICROWAVE!! Basically everything in the room is broken!! Wont be back. Plug outlets won't hold your plug... Dirty windows with streaks... stay away from this place!!!
From the time I checked in to out the service was horrible. The staff was trying to help but they had no towels. I had to call to talk to Supervisor on duty. For 2 weeks I been trying to get my deposit and left several messages for accounting and have not heard back. I don’t recall getting my deposit from last trip either. They should close this hotel or rate it as 2 stars because it does not meet the standards to be considered a 3 ⭐ufe0f. I will never return to this hotel. The decor was nice but that’s all...
Decent hotel at a very good location, super clean and quiet. The decor is a bit outdated, but not a problem. You can also self-park or valet. The front desk staff Jermaine was very professional, friendly, and just a very nice person.
First of All, my daughter booked the room for me. If some came visit . A person should be able to park and not have to pay. You do not have have Handy cap rooms, which I am, my daughter ask for one, you just dont tell a person that . But overall the valley and front desk done a great JOB. It was clean. You are in NEED of more Employees to help when checking out, at 3am in the morning. I may come back in the future. I was in ROOM 1216.
