The house is gorgeous and the furnishings compliment it so well. The bed was firm yet comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. The rooms upstairs were very private and quiet. Breakfast was so delicious; I could tell the ingredients were fresh. We looked forward to waking up and eating it every morning. Monica was a superb and gracious host who was available to answer any questions or help out in any way. Everyone did social distancing, sanitizing, and wore masks, and yet we were able to meet and befriend a couple from South Carolina. This was because the ambiance of the house was so cheerful and friendly while being elegant. We did not take advantage of the lovely back patio or the cozy and stylish home bar area. But, we can't wait to return to do so next time.

Gorgeous B&B in New Orleans! My boyfriend and I stayed here while passing through New Orleans for a night, it was amazing. The room was beautiful and very clean, and we enjoyed the jetted tub! Breakfast was homemade and delicious, can’t beat that. Our host gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area, and she nailed them! We appreciated the hospitality and would come back again!

My wife and I had to make a lot of concessions due to COVID when planning our wedding. Monica and her staff made our tiny wedding an absolute fairy tale dream come true! Everything was perfection, from the service, to the amazing grounds and helpful suggestions, to the food! (OMG THE FOOD!!!). We would give more stars if we could!!!nCannot recommend Canal street inn enough! We will definitely be back someday!

So cute! Really comfortable bed. Hostess/Owner was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (Candied Pecans on Pancakes from own tree) Will stay here again someday.
