I liked this hotel. I asked for a quiet room and I got one. Ground floor looking into the courtyard. The receptionist was wonderful, I was a little early but not a problem. The room was clean and tidy, some of the pans needed a little extra cleaning but I'm not complaining. I was early, and anyone realistically thinking of using hotel pots and pans would clean them anyway (how long since they've been used, etc)nComfortable bed, well equipped and peaceful, thank you (and the laundry was free too!!l
Not a horrible stay . But not a great stay.nDid not have a great customer service experience.nnOriginally booked this 11 night extended stay 2 weeks prior - a king suite .nDid I get that- nope , was I told in Check in about the switch -nope was I given a call when one came available -nope .nHowever Cleaning is well done , they came by Friday and Monday and Thursday.
Great place! Rooms are clean. Service was really good! Katie at the front desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She does the place justice! My overall stay was awesome!
We stayed here when traveling on business. The front desk people were very kind and made sure we had everything needed and even gave us a different room when we had some issues with the air conditioning. We had to head back home for a weekend and left our suitcase at the hotel with intention to return. We were unable to because of circumstances we could not control and the management were so kind to go in and pack the rest of our things and ship our suitcase back to us! We are so grateful for the awesome team here!
No hot water at 2:30 in the afternoon? I’m working nights and enjoy a hot shower what seems to be the problem mid afternoon? ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
