Favorite place to stay ever!!! We stay every chance we get! Spotless rooms, amazing customer service and a clean pool! This place is my nirvana!!!

Horrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked through airbnb for a trip to see a family member. When we show up they tell us it has to be the person on the reservation who was my mother who booked it for me and my husband. They laughed in our faces, and told us they could not cancel our reservation because we could do it ourselves. Currently we are on a 30 minute wait with airbnb because they couldn’t cancel our reservation. Unbelievably horrible customer service. We drove 5 hours from shreveport and apparently there was nothing they could do for us. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER be coming back to this city ever again. This just ruined EVERYTHING for the 2 days i had off for this week to see family. So stupid

Mrs. Dee is so awesome! The value was amazing and the room well beyond met our expectations! As the owner of a cleaning business myself, the cleanliness of the entire place blew me away! We have found our new place to stay in NOLA!

I loved the room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was complete with kitchenette and stocked with utensils etc. The staff was great. It was in a good location. The price of the room was fantastic!

FABULOUS GEM in Metairie! My honey and I go to our share of hotels all over and when staying in Metairie this is by far the best feeling, clean, safe, comfortable, specious and quiet hotels we have found. We truly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff is absolutely the biggest bonus. They are so incredibly helpful and reliable. Our bathtub had a Jacuzzi which we incredibly enjoyed. The bed is comfortable and there are many movies and TV stations to choose from in both the bedroom and the living room. The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, full functioning stove and a full size refrigerator. The air conditioner works extremely well and the granite floors in the bathroom and kitchen felt fabulous on my feet. Room service even came in while we were gone and changed the trash cans and exchanged our dirty towels for clean ones. It is greatly priced for what you get. We are extremely satisfied and would personally like to thank the ladies at the front desk for making our stay at the plaza suite feel like home. We will definitely be back! We loved it ud83dudc8b
