I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Harvey quite a few times. Brian, at this location, is one of the main reasons I continue to return, when there are other and cheaper options. I would GLADLY pay to be treated with the respect and hospitality as Brian so effortlessly offers. Brian is very accommodating so if there is something he can’t do for you...rest assured it can’t be done. THANK YOU BRIAN, YOU’RE APPRECIATED!!! Not as clean as the other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Brian (manager) had very poor people skills. Security was lax, as homeless people came in to get breakfast. Poor shower head. Light over the sink was not functioning. We were there for six nights, and reported the broken light several times. No results. We liked the Covid-19 breakfast set up. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Clean, adequate, and friendly....good prices at times also. Stayed here twice. Good value for the money....!
Great place to stay. We stay regularly in New Orleans and the Hampton Inn Harvey is always our hotel destination. The hotel is well maintained, great breakfast options available as grab and go during COVID Precautions, and the entire staff is exceptional. You always receive a friendly welcome and the staff is always accomodating to ensure your stay is memorable.
Really disappointing. The rooms were so dirty everywhere, from stains and concerning substances on the linen to marks on the walls to literally slashed curtains to caked-on food stains on the floor. I had to ask to switch twice because of how bad it was and even then I just stuck with the last because it was best of the 3 and the front desk agent was so annoyed every time I asked. I’m sorry but “standard of cleanliness” is total BS here and with everything going on I expected at least a little more understanding or maybe an apology from the staff.
