Definitely a wonderful property! Room was immaculate and the breakfast was amazing! Ashley, the breakfast hostess was awesome. The body wash was a plus! They offer Watkins body wash and bar soap; not that cheap stuff that’ll irritate your skin!!! We will definitely return on our next visit to NOLA!
Would normally give a five in the past. This stay was a little different. The room(105) was not as fresh as usual. I think that in the past this was probably a smoking room. The room needs a deep cleaning. Curtains needs to be cleaned or maybe changed along with the carpet. We've been staying in this hotel for years. This will probably be our last stay here.
Whether for business or vaca this Holiday Inn is awesome, the staff couldn't have been more courteous, service could not have been any better. We had no complaints about the room everything we needed was provided it was clean and comfortable. I wish their pool have been open! At least they raised their standards. And I must say, I noticed a big difference is that it wasn't run by foreigners. And I'm just saying oh, they have a reputation for not keeping those same level standards for their hotels. So, yes it did make a difference that it was not one of those foreigner owned hotels. Definitely stop by if you ever through the area.
Available in a pinch. Very pleasant receptionist when U checked son in. He enjoyed stay so much , he booked another week.
Landed here due to someone crashing there car into my home. 2 words, Great hotel!!! Very clean, smells awesome. The staff is very pleasant and informative. 5 stars on customer service alone!! I will be staying here again in the near future.
